Jun 26, 2019 · A6 / S6 (C6 Platform) Discussion - HELP! Faulty ignition lock, access module and comfort module - I have a 2006 Audi A6 3.2l Quattro. The dash says ignition lock fault contact workshop. The car still starts but I have to wait for the door open ding to stop and then it starts right up. The MMI is also completely black.

My way is to turn ignition on within 30 seconds. This opens remaining doors and turns alarm off. I did not get the remote key with car and I spent hours trying to find out why only
